You, our Members, have always been our top priority at Centra. That hasn’t changed as we’ve closely monitored the updates on the Coronavirus (COVID-19). During this time, your health and the health of our Team Members has remained top of mind. In an abundance of caution, we have implemented guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to reduce the chance of spreading any illness. We have carefully reviewed our plans to ensure we can continue serving our Members while also prioritizing your health and safety.
Temporary Changes in Branch Services
Monday – Friday: 10 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 12 pm
*Jamestown & Whitakers locations open Monday – Friday 10 am – 1 pm & 2 pm – 5 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Carmel location is closed on Saturdays.
Contact Center & ITM hours:
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 1 pm
We will continue to meet Members in the branch lobbies by appointment, and we will regularly be sanitizing and cleaning our branches to protect the health of our Members and Team Members. Our drive-thru facilities will also remain open during these temporarily adjusted hours and will operate as they always have.
What we’re doing
Sanitation: Our cleaning crews are taking extra steps to disinfect “high touch” areas such as door handles and counter tops.
Hygiene: We are reinforcing training with Team Members on proper hand washing and posting signs in restrooms and around offices and branches.
Limiting Contact: We are limiting non-essential travel for training events or large meetings and encouraging Team Members to avoid personal contact such as handshakes or hugging.
Following Gov. Holcomb’s announcement on 3/12, Centra is cancelling events that may have more than 250 attendees. We’ll update as needed. Here are the current cancellations and dates.

Safe Banking Options
We want to remind you of all the options you have to continue doing your banking as normal, while still minimizing your contact with others:
Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs): Several of our branches now have live teller service through a video screen in the drive-thru lane, so you do not have to leave your car. We do encourage you to use hand sanitizer or thoroughly wash your hands after using the touchscreen.
ATMs: Just stop by an ATM or use one of nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs through the CO-OP Network. Find the nearest ATM > Centra.org.locations
Centraphone: Our automated telephone banking system makes it easy to manage your money with a simple phone call.

Unfortunately, criminals follow the headlines, and in times like this, incidents of fraud and scams increase. Stay vigilant and protect your financial information like account numbers and passwords. REMEMBER: Centra will never contact you asking for personal information.

Keeping you updated
We will continue monitoring updates on COVID-19 and recommendations from the CDC to keep you and our Team Members safe and healthy. This is a quickly evolving situation, and while we will do our best to minimize disruption to you, we ask that you bear with us as we adjust our operations to accommodate guidance from government and health agencies.
For anyone who does need to visit a Centra branch, or any other business, please put your health and safety first. Consider minimizing physical contact with other people or surfaces and washing your hands thoroughly after leaving the public space.
