Lobbies Temporarily Available by Appointment Only

Today, facing increasing COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in our communities, we are taking another step to slow the spread of the virus. Beginning Monday, December 7, we will temporarily limit access to our branch lobbies to appointments only. Our drive-thrus, Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), ATMs, Contact Center, Online and Mobile Banking will all remain fully functional to serve you. For any assistance you need beyond what can be provided through these channels, you will also be able to make an appointment to visit your local branch either online or by phone.

This is a decision we do not take lightly. Rest assured, Centra will continue to serve you and help meet your financial needs during this time. The steps we are taking now will help us ensure your safety and the safety of our Team Members so that we can continue to help you reach your financial goals.

For Our High-Risk Members

Your health is our top priority. We encourage you to make an appointment to visit a branch ahead of your arrival. This will allow us to plan for minimal contact with others while you’re in our lobby. You also have access to a full range of Remote Banking options to allow you to manage your finances from home.

What we’re doing

  • Plastic shields have been installed on teller stations and other areas.
  • Stickers have been placed on the floors to encourage proper social distancing.
  • Centra Team Members are complying with mask mandates and have the option to wear gloves.
  • Our cleaning crews are taking extra steps to disinfect “high touch” areas such as door handles and counter tops.
  • We are reinforcing training with Team Members on proper hand washing and posting signs in restrooms and around offices and branches.
  • We are limiting non-essential business travel for Team Members and following the CDC’s physical distancing guidelines.

We ask that you adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines when visiting our branch lobbies and ask that you comply with state mask mandates.

Remote Banking Options

We want to remind you of all the options you have to continue doing your banking as normal, while still minimizing your contact with others:

Online & Mobile Banking: Login at Centra.org or download the Mobile App to check balances, transfer money, make payments, and much more.

App Store

Mobile Deposit: Use our Mobile app to deposit checks by simply taking a picture with your phone and following the easy instructions here > Centra.org/mobile-banking

Centraphone: Our automated telephone banking system makes it easy to manage your money with a simple phone call.

ATMs: Just stop by an ATM or use one of nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs through the CO-OP Network. Find the nearest ATM > Centra.org.locations

Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs): Several of our branches now have live teller service through a video screen in the drive-thru lane, so you do not have to leave your car. We do encourage you to use hand sanitizer or thoroughly wash your hands after using the touchscreen.

We will continue monitoring updates on COVID-19 and recommendations from experts to keep you and our Team Members safe and healthy. This is an evolving situation, and while we will do our best to minimize disruption to you, we ask that you bear with us as we adjust our operations to accommodate guidance from government and health agencies.
