Getting Started

To start using Mobile Banking, you need to first register your mobile phone in CentraLink Online Banking.

  • Log into CentraLink Online Banking.
  • Select Mobile Banking from the Access Accounts drop down menu.
  • Follow the easy enrollment instructions.

If you have an iPhone®, iPod touch®, iPad® or Android™ mobile digital device, you can download the CentraLink Mobile Banking app at the App Store or from Google Play.

Mobile Deposit

Deposit checks right from your smartphone!

  • Endorse the check and write “mobile deposit only” under your signature.
  • Make sure the name or names on the check match the names listed on your account.
  • Point, click, and deposit!

You can deposit up to $3,000 per day. Mobile deposits are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The first $200 of deposits received before 3:00 PM EST will be posted by 5:00 PM the same business day. The remaining amount deposited will be available after two business days. Mobile deposit is not available on Opportunity Accounts.

Instant Balance

Once you have logged into your account on your mobile device, select “More” from the main menu. Select Instant Balance Settings, and toggle the switch to turn Instant Balance on. You can then select up to 6 accounts to preview. The next time you arrive at the login screen, simply click the Instant Balance icon (circle around a dollar sign) in the upper right corner. Your account balances will appear.

Mobile Browser Banking

You can also access CentraLink Online Banking without the app. Our site is designed to fit neatly on your mobile phone’s screen.

Text Banking

Like to text? So do we. You can quickly and securely receive account information, check your balances, review your account history, and find ATM and branch locations via text.
