Digital banking will be unavailable from 1:00pm to 10:00pm ET on Saturday, April 20, 2024, for scheduled maintenance to integrate NorthPark Community Credit Union into Centra Credit Union. All Centra locations, including the Contact Center, will close at noon on April 20 to support the integration. We appreciate your patience while we complete the integration process!

Connecting Your Centra Accounts to Other Apps & Sites

Your new digital banking lets you add your non-Centra accounts right to your accounts dashboard! However, you might have already linked your Centra accounts to another financial institution’s app, investment or budgeting apps, or person-to-person payment apps.

If your Centra accounts are no longer syncing correctly, you’ll need to contact the bank, credit union, or company that owns the service you’re linking your accounts to. Please let their support team know that Centra Credit Union has upgraded to a new digital banking, and your accounts are no longer syncing.

Quicken, Quickbooks, & Mint Updates

Intuit products also required some action to make sure your transition to digital banking went smoothly. This included downloading your data prior to Centra’s digital banking upgrade and following the instructions below.

Please carefully review all downloaded transactions after you complete the update instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

Web Connect/Direct Connect users

Cloud-based Intuit products may take approximately five business days after July 19 to update.
