2019 Holiday Giving Program
Thanks to you, this year, we are helping 367 families have a happier holiday season!
From November 19 to December 14, our credit union raised $36, 681.64 for the Holiday Giving Program. During this time, our Team Members asked you for donations, organized contests, and contributed their own money to ensure that local families and children have a brighter holiday season. The Centra Foundation helps us provide financial support to local programs and organizations like our Holiday Giving Program. With these donations, we helped 9 different organizations that are listed below. We want to share our deepest gratitude if you contributed this year to better your community.
Here is a story that has truly reminded us of how generous our communities are:
“A 9-year old Member carried his container of change into a branch and dumped it into the coin counter. He brought his receipt and an Angel Tree tag to the teller line and told our Team Member that he wanted to make sure ‘another kid could have a Christmas.’ His dad followed him in and did the same.”
