New Service Charge Schedule

We recently updated our service charge schedule, but you won’t see any increases. Instead, you will find a simpler, more transparent Service Charge Schedule with fewer charges and consolidated fees. It’s our goal to make your experience at Centra as convenient and enjoyable as possible and that means charging you as few fees as possible. That also means providing the first half hour of account research or assistance for free. You can rely on us when you need to dig through your account history for a withdrawal or maybe you need to make sure you have a good history of making your car payments on time. Another part of being a credit union is that our charges cover our costs, and when there is a profit, we give back to our communities with college scholarships and support to local organizations. Credit Unions look to their own communities first when it comes to giving back; however, a larger financial institution may spread their generosity over a bigger regional or national area.
