A Letter From Our President: Downtown Columbus Branch Update
To Our Loyal Members,
We have some exciting news to share! We’re moving a few blocks down the street to a new and improved location at 501 Washington Street. The new location is more spacious so more Centra Team Members will be available onsite to provide you with lending, account, and business support. There will also be Centra Financial Services advisors available to help you with retirement, investing, and insurances plans.
While our Union Street branch team and operations will be moving less than a mile to Washington Street, our Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) will remain on site at 601 Union Street after the move. You can continue to access live video teller from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday.
Parking lot located off of 5th Street with 18 spots.
The new downtown location at 501 Washington will have a new walk-up ITM, full branch services, and its own dedicated parking lot for our Members right behind the branch off 5th street. You’ll also see the same familiar faces you’re used to working with at Union Street. Centra plans to move the Union Street operations to 501 Washington in early 2021. We hope to see you at the new location! You’re also welcome to visit any of our other branches in the Columbus area, including:
- 2026 26th Street
- 2165 Jonathan Moore Pike
- 1430 National Road
