Local, Family-Owned Company Chosen to Construct New Centra Branch
New Albany, IN: Centra Credit Union has chosen Koetter Construction, based in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, to bring life to its newest location. The 3,000 sq. ft. building at 2150 State Street in New Albany will be the 23rd Centra Credit Union branch; the sixth in the area.
Koetter Construction, a Centra Credit Union Member, has been in business for more than 60 years. The company is complete with full-service design and architectural teams lead by the founder’s five sons. Koetter Construction has already begun construction on the New Albany site.
“We are thrilled to be working with Centra once again, this time in New Albany. As Centra Members, we know the Credit Union’s dedication to excellence and we’re looking forward to delivering just that on this project,” said Phil Koetter, Koetter Vice President of Operations and Project Management.
Chris Bottorff, President of Centra’s Southern Region is sure Koetter is the right choice for the project.
“Supporting local businesses, especially those that bank with us, is a major priority of ours. Koetter is a well-respected firm and we’re excited to work with them again on our newest project,” he said.
Centra’s newest location will open in early 2018. It will be in New Albany Plaza, adjacent to the newly expanded and remodeled Kroger.
