Pay It Forward

When a new Team Member joins Centra, they quickly learn about our vision of creating value and the credit union philosophy of People Helping People.

While the Centra Foundation focuses on giving back to our Communities, our programs wouldn’t be successful without the support of Centra’s Team Members. Each year, we look for new, creative ways to give our Team Members the opportunity to give back. With Pay It Forward, the Centra Foundation empowers our Team Members to lead mini-service projects in groups.

Pay It Forward aligns with the Foundation’s impact areas of focus: financial empowerment, scholarships and career development, social responsibility, and emergent community needs. It’s also another way all of us at Centra seek to live out our vision of creating value for our Members, Team Members, and Communities we serve.
