May 2026: A letter from the President

Dear Members,

As a not-for-profit financial institution, Centra is guided by a simple question: How can we create more value for our Members?

Periodically, I share an update about how we’re serving you, strengthening our financial foundation, and strategically planning for the future. However, I want my updates to reflect what matters to you.

Are you most interested in how we’re giving back to the Communities we serve? Updates on new services and technology? A clearer picture of our financial performance or how we’re advocating for Members like you?

A goal of mine as President and CEO is to be as transparent with our Membership as I can be, and this is a step in fulfilling that goal. I’d truly appreciate hearing your thoughts. Please take a moment to email me directly and let me know what you’d like to hear from me.
