Need quick answers to your questions? Try online chat! You can chat with Sam, your virtual guide, 24/7 to get answers in seconds. Wondering how to activate your debit card? Need to know how to sign up for eStatements? Have questions about mobile deposit? Let Sam be your guide! With Sam, you can get answers to general questions any time of the day.
To get started, just visit Centra.org and look for the chat bubble in the lower right corner. Once you fill out your information, you can choose ‘Message us’ to start a conversation with Sam, or you can search for a topic to find answers to your questions.
Sam is eager to help! But there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Ask questions. Phrase your request as a question using words like ‘what’ or ‘how.’
- Keep it simple. Sam works best with one question at a time.
- Avoid slang or ‘text’ language. For example, spell out words such as ‘are’ or ‘you’ instead of using the letters.
Please note that Sam can’t help with questions specific to your accounts or banking activity.
If there’s ever a question Sam can’t answer, you can always choose to chat with a live agent during Contact Center hours or send us an email! If you aren’t prompted for one of these options, just select the option ‘Can I live chat with someone?’ or type ‘agent.’
