Important dates to know for our digital banking upgrade

Digital banking announcements

Your new digital banking will be here on July 19, and we want you to have a smooth transition! To help you get ready, we’ve put together a list of milestones leading up to launch day, as well as other important information. Please continue reading to make sure you’re prepared!

Note: If you use Quicken, Quickbooks, or Mint, you’ll need to take action before 6:00pm ET on July 18. Please click here to view the instructions for each product. These directions will help ensure a smooth transition during our digital banking upgrade.

July 14

Our current Online and Mobile Banking platform will be closed to new registrations. You won’t be able to make any changes to your scheduled transfers in Online and Mobile Banking. Once the upgrade is complete, you’ll be able to manage your existing transfers in the new digital banking.

July 15

You’ll no longer be able to download Centra Mobile from your device’s app store. If you already have the app, you can continue using it. You’ll also still have access to your accounts through your browser with Online Banking.

July 18

Bill Pay will be removed from Online and Mobile Banking at 2:00am ET. Online and Mobile Banking will be down after 6:00pm ET until our upgrade is complete the following day.

July 19

Your new digital banking will be upgraded and available by midday. Your new digital banking includes card management features, so you can delete the CardControl app once we’ve upgraded.

    • Apple users: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
    • Android users: You must delete the current version of Centra Mobile and download the new updated version from your device’s app store.

Once you’ve downloaded or updated your app, you’ll just log in, confirm some information, and set your password. You can also log in from a browser.

If you don’t remember your username or password, use the links to reset them. You can watch this video to learn what to expect when you first log in.
