Your new digital banking is coming! It’s easy-to-use and centered around you. Once we’ve upgraded later this summer, you’ll just log in, confirm some information, and set your password. To make sure your login process is seamless, please check that your contact information is up-to-date!
Update Your Info Today
1. Is your phone number up-to-date? If not, you’re missing out on fraud alerts and the convenience of Online and Mobile Banking! Your security is our priority. If a debit card purchase looks suspicious, we can text you to check in! Two-step verification for Online and Mobile Banking also keeps your account safe and secure. You’ll need to go through two-step verification when you log into digital banking for the first time too.
2. Is your email address up-to-date? Stay in-the-know about Centra’s holiday closings, community events and donations, and more! Plus, if you have Cashback Checking, we’ll let you know when your eStatement is ready and show you how much you earned.
3. Is your mailing address up-to-date? Certain account notices are sent by mail, so make sure it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands!
Updating your information is quick and easy! If you use Online and Mobile Banking, simply log in, expand the ‘My Profile’ menu, and choose ‘Update Profile.’ From here, you can update your:
- User ID
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
If you don’t use Online or Mobile Banking or are locked out, stop by your nearest Centra location or give us a call at 800-232-3642. Please note that you won’t be able to change this information for another Member, even those with whom you share an account. Remind them to update their contact information as well!
