The eligibility requirements will vary between what the SBA refers to as a First Draw PPP Loan and a Second Draw PPP Loan. These terms simply refer to whether your business has received a previous PPP Loan.

• If your business didn’t receive a previous PPP Loan, you would apply for a First Draw PPP Loan.
• Existing PPP borrowers who didn’t receive loan forgiveness by December 27, 2020, and returned some or all of the loan funds can reapply for a First Draw PPP Loan.
• Existing PPP borrowers who didn’t accept the full amount they were eligible for may be able to modify their First Draw PPP Loan amount. These borrowers will need to review the criteria from the SBA, when available.
• Other existing PPP borrowers will need to review the criteria for a Second Draw PPP Loan, and then submit an application, if eligible.
