July 2026: A letter from the President

Estimados diputados,

At the center of Centra’s efforts is our vision: Creating value for our Members, Team Members, and the Communities we serve. This statement is more than words. It’s the foundation that guides our decisions, shapes our priorities, and inspires our actions each day. I remain deeply committed to championing this vision, and I’m proud of how each Team Member brings it to life in meaningful ways.

In recent months, we’ve continued to see this commitment reflected through our involvement in the Communities we serve. Our Team Members once again participated in the United Way Day of Caring with agencies across our footprint. These efforts represent the spirit of service that defines Centra, and I’m grateful to those who volunteered their time and energy to make a positive impact.

We’re also looking forward to continuing this important work through the upcoming United Way Day of Service in September. Opportunities such as these allow us to strengthen our partnerships and extend our reach within the community.

Additionally, Centra Foundation’s Retribuir initiatives are now fully underway for the second quarter of the year. For 2026, we’re proud to invest a total of $28,000 back into our Communities through projects led by our Team Members. These hands-on efforts not only provide meaningful support to local organizations but also empower us to actively contribute and make a difference.

I’d also like to personally thank those who shared feedback following my previous letter. Your insights are invaluable as we strive to continuously improve and better serve you. We received several thoughtful messages and input, and I encourage you to keep it coming. Your voice truly matters and helps shape the future of Centra.

Lastly, as I wrap up my letter, I wanted to share some exciting news. Centra was once again named a Best-in-State Credit Union by Forbes for 2026. Receiving this accolade for the fourth time is a true testament to our commitment to value creation and ensuring you feel confident, empowered, and secure in where you’re storing your hard-earned money. On behalf of Centra, I want to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation.
