Sam is eager to help answer your questions! But there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Ask questions. Phrase your request as a question using words like ‘what’ or ‘how.’
- Keep it simple. Sam works best with one question at a time.
- Avoid slang or ‘text’ language. For example, spell out words such as ‘are’ or ‘you’ instead of using the letters.
As always, your security is a priority for us. Please don’t provide any account numbers or personal information when asking your question. If you have a question specific to your account, please give us a call or visit one of our locations.
If there’s ever a question Sam can’t answer, you can always choose to chat with a live agent during business hours or send us an email! If you aren’t prompted for one of these options, just type “live agent.”
Chat with a live agent, now in digital banking!
You read that right! With our new digital banking, you can now chat with a live agent during business hours right from your mobile or desktop device! If you’re using a mobile device, just click the “More” option in the bottom righthand corner, then click “Support.” If you’re using a desktop device, click the “Chat with us” option in the top righthand corner. From there, you can chat with Sam or click “Can I live chat with someone?” to email us or chat with a Team Member.
