Please Help Us Reduce Drive-Thru Lines

As we have adjusted our operations to help slow the spread of COVID-19, more Members are visiting our branch drive-thrus. This has resulted in long lines and wait times at many of our locations, and these lines are impacting traffic in some areas. To help us reduce these lines, we ask that you visit our drive-thrus for essential transactions only. Here are a few ways you can continue your normal banking without visiting the branch.

Deposits

Most types of checks, including US Treasury checks like tax refunds and economic impact payments, can be deposited with your smartphone using the Centra Mobile App. Mobile Deposit* is a simple, safe, and secure solution. For cash or other check deposits, please use our Location Search to find a deposit-taking ATM.

Withdrawals

To withdraw cash, please use our Location Search to find an ATM near you. In addition to Centra ATMs, you can use any CO-OP Network ATM.

Transfers

With Online and Mobile Banking, you can check your balances, transfer money between accounts, or transfer money for a loan payment right from your smartphone or computer. No personal or financial information will be stored on your device, and your account numbers are never displayed. Whether you bank on a desktop, laptop, or your mobile device, in the app or your browser, you get the same level of security.

If you do need to visit a branch or ITM, and the line is approaching any roadways, please leave and come back later.  Our Contact Center is also experiencing heavy call volume, so we ask that you please take advantage of our digital banking options whenever you can. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to serve you.

* You can deposit up to $3,000 per day. Mobile deposits are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The first $200 of your deposits will be posted the same business day when you deposit them by 5pm EDT. The remaining amount deposited will be available after no more than two business days. Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States or not in United States currency, insurance claim checks, money orders (Postal and Money Gram), traveler’s checks, and credit card cash advance checks are not eligible for mobile deposit. Mobile deposit is not available on Opportunity Accounts.
