You know how much we love to see you in person, but it is really important that we all take some preventive measures to ensure your health and safety at this time. With the recent changes to our branch locations due to COVID-19, Online and Mobile Banking are great ways to continue banking as usual while in the comfort of your home. Here are some of the ways you can utilize Online and Mobile Banking as well as Bank-by-Phone:

Transfer to Centra Accounts

To transfer money between your Centra accounts, to another Centra account, or to make your Centra loan payment, log in to Online Banking and select Transfers from the menu. To make a Centra loan payment from a non-Centra account, you can use the Online Payment Center

Deposit a Check from Your Phone

Deposit checks right from your smartphone!

  • Allow the Centra mobile app to access your phone’s camera.
  • Endorse the check and write “Mobile Deposit Only to Centra Credit Union” under your signature.
  • Make sure the name or names on the check match the names listed on your account.
  • Point, click, and deposit!

Bank by Phone

Pay Bills Online

With BillPayer, you can schedule payments to make sure your bills are paid on time without having to visit your biller’s location. 

Of course, you can always call the Contact Center at 800-232-3642 for help with your transactions. Our Contact Center Team is located in Columbus to take your calls and answer any questions you have. Our hearts go out to all our Members who have been adversely impacted, and we are doing everything we can to support you with Financial Relief Options. We are also available to work with you on your individual needs, whether that is related to payments, deposits, fees, or credit. You can deposit up to $3,000 per day. Mobile deposits are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The first $225 of deposits received by 5:00 PM EST will be posted the same business day. The remaining amount deposited will be available after two business days. Mobile deposit is not available on Opportunity Accounts.
