With our system updates, many convenient new enhancements have been added to Centra’s Online and Mobile Banking, including the option to reset your password yourself, at anytime!
If you forget your password, select the “Forgot your password?” option on the Log In screen.
You will be asked to provide your User ID, Social Security Number and Birth Date. Once you complete this information, you have the option of receiving a confirmation code sent by text or phone call. You can then enter the confirmation code and create a new password. It’s as easy as that!
Please keep in mind that you will need to save a current phone number under My Profile in Online Banking to take advantage of this feature. Joint account Members may need help adding a phone number the first time, give us a call.
