Make sure you receive important messages about your Centra accounts by updating your contact information. Recent upgrades to Online Banking make it easy for you to change your:
- User ID
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Simply sign into Online Banking and update this information under the My Profile menu. You will not be able to change this information for another Member, even those with whom you share an account. Remind them to update their contact information as well!
PLEASE NOTE: If your information isn’t up-to-date, not only are you at risk of missing messages about your accounts, you may not be able to take advantage of the new features of Online and Mobile Banking.
