New Security Feature for CentraLink
It's very important for Centra Credit Union to protect your financial information and the security of your online transactions. That's why we're adding a new security feature (called Multi Factor Authentication, or MFA) to CentraLink. Multi Factor Authentication will help protect you from fraudulent activities like phishing, ID theft, and spoofed web sites.
Everyone who uses CentraLink will be required to enroll in MFA sometime during the month of December 2006. We'll be switching members over to using MFA in several stages throughout December, in alphabetical order.
You can continue using CentraLink normally for now. When it's your turn to enroll in MFA, your login screen will change to the MFA enrollment screen. Just follow the simple instructions to enroll in a few minutes.
Once you are enrolled in MFA, you won't need to enroll again. After that, each time you log in to CentraLink there will be one or two quick added steps to verify that you are logged in to the correct site and to verify your identity.
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with MFA ahead of time so that you aren't surprised when it's time for you to sign up.
